What happens to your data after deletion?
Authentication & Identity Data
Keycloak & Login Registry
Your username, passwords (hashed), and login credentials are permanently deleted from our identity provider (Keycloak). You will immediately lose the ability to authenticate or log in.
Personal Profile & KYC Documents
Data Databases & Storage
All personal data—including your name, email address, phone number, address, and upload history (such as KYC identity documents)—are completely purged from our active operational databases.
Saved Trips & Itineraries
Your Travel Collections
Any customized itineraries or saved trip plans you created will be deleted or anonymized. Please note that once deleted, your itineraries cannot be restored.
Financial Transactions & Audits
Regulatory Retention Exemption
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, and Indian financial regulations (e.g., PMLA, Income Tax Act), records of financial purchases, Gold SIP transactions, and invoice receipts are legally retained for audits. However, these records are decoupled from active marketing profiles.
