Jan–Feb: Cool & dry; Chinese New Year brings crowds & premium pricing.
Mar–Apr: Mild (18-26°C), low humidity — excellent value window.
May–Jun: Warm (28-32°C), rising humidity; typhoon season begins June.
Jul–Sep: Hot, humid, frequent typhoons — ferry services may be suspended.
