Best Time to Visit

Manila & Cebu: Nov–May (dry, comfortable). Boracay: Nov–Apr (White Beach at its best; Dec–Feb = peak). Sinulog Festival Cebu (3rd Sunday Jan) — book accommodation many months ahead. Avoid Jun–Oct (monsoon/typhoon season) for Boracay island hopping.
